About Me
Tanisha Goveas is a mental health practitioner with over half a decade of experience, based in Mumbai. She did her Bachelor's in Psychology from Fergusson College in Pune, and completed her Masters in Psychology from the University of Mumbai.
Self-improvement has been a priority for her and she has continued learning through various workshops, certifications, courses and lectures. She has been associated with organizations such as Amaha, Mauka Education, Yog Psychology Institution, AtEase, Parisar Asha, 6 Degrees, and many more in various capacities. She is passionate about raising awareness about mental health and the importance of community in our lives.
